Estimates and Pricing
Online, telephone, and photo-based estimates are preliminary unless we state otherwise. Final pricing may depend on the volume, weight, type, location, and accessibility of the items, along with labor, disposal fees, and other job conditions. We will explain the final price before work begins.
Appointments and Access
Appointment windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, disposal facility delays, or earlier jobs. You must provide safe, lawful access to the property and identify the items authorized for removal. You represent that you own the items or have permission to dispose of them.
Items We Cannot Accept
We may refuse hazardous, illegal, unsafe, excessively heavy, contaminated, or restricted materials. This may include chemicals, fuels, explosives, asbestos, certain batteries, medical waste, biohazards, and other regulated materials. Please tell us about unusual materials before your appointment.
Customer Responsibilities
- Clearly identify what should and should not be removed.
- Secure pets, children, valuables, and sensitive documents away from the work area.
- Disclose access limitations, hazards, stairs, elevators, or property rules in advance.
- Obtain any required property, building, or parking authorization.
Cancellations and Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations, denied access, or material changes to the job may require a new estimate or appointment time.
Payment
Payment is due when services are completed unless we agree to different terms in writing. You are responsible for approved charges and any applicable taxes or authorized fees.
Service Limitations
We perform removal services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, SpaceCraft Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, customer-directed removal of unintended items, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
